Ruwan Jayaratne is the Founder and Executive Director of Frontier Sports Safaris Ltd, connecting international teams and travelling supporters with authentic sporting experiences across East Africa with cricket, rugby, netball, golf. He is also Founder and Managing Director of Serenity Group Limited, where he built Serenity Cricket Oval, Uganda’s first privately owned international standard cricket ground, and Kinetic Sports Arena. He personally brokered Uganda Cricket’s USD 1.5 million Lycamobile sponsorship , the largest in the sport’s history there and coordinated two Uganda national team tours to Sri Lanka.

Daisy brings five years of Uganda tourism experience to Frontier Sports Safaris, most recently as Operations and Reservations Manager at Uzima Safaris, where she managed bookings, room inventory and a team of reservations agents. She holds a degree in Tourism Development from the United States International University–Africa, along with certifications in air ticketing and global distribution systems (Amadeus/IATA). Off duty, Daisy is a competitive distance runner, having taken on both the Rwenzori Marathon and the Uganda Wildlife Marathon - the same endurance and precision she brings to planning a touring side’s logistics.

Milly joins Frontier Sports Safaris as a Trainee Tour Operations Executive, with a full-time role to follow on successful completion of her training period. A recent Tourism and Hospitality Management graduate from Makerere University, she brings hands-on experience from internships with Encounter Africa Safaris, Esella Country Hotel and Lake Mburo National Park - covering itinerary planning, guest service and destination management. Three years as a university class representative, plus a term on the Guild Representative Council, round out a candidate who’s organised, personable and ready tolearn the trade from the ground up.

Brian Hooks serves as Games Coordinator for Frontier Sports Safaris, alongside his roles as Curator at Serenity Oval and Program Manager for Cricket for Development Foundation. With over seven years in sports turf management, he previously served as Head of Grounds for the Uganda Cricket Association, delivering ICC-compliant surfaces across national ovals for major tournaments including the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Challenge League B. His project experience includes redeveloping Jinja Cricket Ground and consulting on Serenity Oval's own development. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Administration from Kyambogo University and is an ICC Level 1 curator.

Teddy leads IT for Frontier Sports Safaris, the parent company behind Wild Cricket Safaris and its sister brands. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computing from Kyambogo University, where she graduated as Best Graduating Student, building on an earlier Diploma in Computer Science from the same institution. Her background spans systems administration, networking and web development, gained as a Computer Lab Attendant at Kyambogo University and through an IT Support internship at Vision Group. Certified in SQL and Python data analysis, Teddy also brings web development skills - including WordPress website design and SEO - to build and maintain Frontier's brand websites.
